"My first experience with Birrell photography was with my daughter's high school cheerleading pictures. They did an awesome job with the group picture as well as the individual shots. I decided to utilize the studio for my daughter's senior pictures, which is a very important picture time. They did an outstanding job!!! My daughter was able to bring many clothing changes and was photographed at multiple locations to get a great variety. We were not charged for every change of clothing as many studios do, nor for the different location settings. Birrell's spent a lot of time with my daughter and put her at complete ease. They truly care about each individual and enjoy their work. This comes through as you see the finished product.
Next, my son had a hockey picture taken ... done by the same photographer for all the club teams in the organization. When I got my son's back, his eyes were closed! I called that studio and after 2 weeks of calls gave up on getting any resolution. They hesitantly said they would re-shoot the photo, but only if he could meet them on their schedule for other teams. This was impossible for us. So I contacted Birrell's and had them take his picture. WOW, it was awesome, and now I don't have a one year lapse in my photos. They did a great job and scheduled it with our needs in mind. How many photographers would have been this accommodating to help fix a bad job from another photographer?
Birrell's accommodated any need and are always very cheerful and pleasant. They have done both of my kid's senior ads for their year book, they have done their open house invitations, and on a very rushed time frame. They turned out great.
I can not say enough about Birrell's. I have referred some of my son's hockey team mates, and guys generally hate having their pictures taken and are less than enthused about the process. Jim was able to make them feel at ease and actually smile - genuinely - not forced.
I have referred so many people to them and ALL have been very, very happy. One try and you will know it was the right choice for all your photo needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
